摘  要:试验探讨蝉花基质的养分含量及饲粮添加蝉花基质对绵羊瘤胃发酵和消化率的影响。采用常规法和色谱法对蝉花基质的一般养分含量及氨基酸组成进行分析。粗精比列80:20日粮中配合精料部分以0、5%、10%、15%和20%的比例替换为蝉花基质饲料进行体外消化试验。探究日粮中添加20%的比例的蝉花基质对绵羊生产性能的影响。结果显示,蝉花基质粗蛋白含量152.30 g/kg、氨基酸总量98.50 mg/g、维生素A含量266.59 mg/100 g、维生素E含量62.98 mg/100 g。随着蝉花基质替换比例的增加,产气量、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度、体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)呈增加趋势。在苜蓿和青贮饲料等量饲喂条件下,蝉花基质组和对照组采食量为1.43 kg/d和1.39 kg/d。试验表明,蝉花基质以5%〜20%的比例添加在绵羊日粮可以提高采食量和消化率,对肉质无负面影响。The experiment explored the nutrient value of Cordyceps substrate and the effect of adding Cordyceps substrate to the diet on the rumen fermentation and digestibility of sheep. The nutrient composition and amino acid content of Cordyceps substrate were analyzed by conventional and chromatographic methods. In vitro digestion test was carried out with the diet of coarse to concentrate ratio 80∶20 with the proportion of 0, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% replaced by feed of Cordyceps substrate.20% of the diet was added to explore the effect of Cordyceps substrate on sheep performance. The results showed that Cordyceps substrate crude protein(CP) content was 152.3 g/kg, the total amino acids content was 98.50 mg/g, the content of fat-soluble vitamin A were 266.59 mg/100 g, and vitamin E was 62.98 mg/100 g, respectively. With the increase of the replacement ratio of Cordyceps substrate, the gas production, the concentration of total volatile fatty acids(VFA) and IVDMD in the fermentation were increased. The equally fed Alfalfa hay and whole corn silage, the average dry matter intake of the sheep were 1.43 kg/d and 1.39 kg/d. The experiment indicates that the feed intake and digestibility can be increased by adding 5%~20% of Cordyceps substrate to sheep diet without negative effect on meat quality.
