高丹草与枯黄水稻秸秆混合饲粮对湖羊生长性能、表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验研究饲粮中混合高丹草与枯黄水稻秸秆对湖羊生长性能、表观消化率与血清生化指标的影响。选择20只体重(19±1)kg、体况良好的湖羊,随机分为2组(试验组和对照组),每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。试验组湖羊饲喂高丹草与枯黄水稻秸秆混合日粮,对照组饲喂枯黄水稻秸秆日粮。预试期15d,正式试验期36 d。结果显示,以高丹草+枯黄水稻秸秆饲喂湖羊,能够极显著提高湖羊平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组湖羊的干物质、粗脂肪和粗蛋白表观消化率分别较对照组提高315.58%、57.36%、352.96%(P<0.05),体斜长、胸围和尻高分别提高5.50%、11.60%和6.34%(P>0.05),试验组湖羊血清白蛋白、尿素氮含量以及谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。试验表明,高丹草与枯黄秸秆混合饲粮能够改善饲粮的适口性,提高饲草的表观消化率。The experiment was to study the effect of Sorghum-Sudangrass hybrid and rice straw in diet on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and blood biochemical indicators of Hu sheep.Twenty healthy(19±1)kg Hu sheep were chosen and randomly divided into two groups(the test group and the control group),with ten replicates in each group and one Hu sheep in each replicate.The test group was fed by Sorghum-Sudangrass with rice straw and the control group was fed only by rice straw.The pretest was 15 d,and the test period was 36 d.The results showed that the ADG and ADFI of Hu sheep in test group were extremely higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Compared with control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude fat and crude protein increased by 315.58%,57.36% and 352.96% respectively(P<0.05),and inclined body lengths,cheat circumferences and rump height increased by 5.50%,11.60%and 6.34% than that of control group(P>0.05),respectively.Compared with control group,the serum albumin,urea nitrogen aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase contents of Hu sheep in test group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that Sorghum-Sudangrass hybrid and diet with rice straw can improve the palatability of Sorghum-Sudangrass hybrid and rice straw diet and increase the apparent digestibility.
