摘  要:试验旨在研究在种鹅的日粮中添加干蚯蚓中草药添加剂,对种鹅产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。干蚯蚓经过加工被开发成一种功能性饲料原料,与中草药混合制成复合添加剂。试验选用300只体型相近、200日龄的莱茵种鹅,分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鹅(5只公鹅、15只母鹅)。对照组种鹅饲喂基础日粮,处理1组在基础日粮中添加3%干蚯蚓替代2%麦麸和1%豆粕(简称干蚯蚓添加剂),处理2组在基础日粮中添加3%干蚯蚓和中草药替代2%麦麸和1%豆粕(简称干蚯蚓中草药添加剂)。结果显示,处理1组和处理2组种鹅的产蛋率、蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),且处理2组添加的干蚯蚓中草药添加剂效果表现更为突出。The experment aimed to study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on egg production performance and egg quality of goose. By optimizing the processing technology, the earthworm was developed into a functional feed material and mixed with Chinese herbal medicine. In the experiment, 300 rhineland geese of 200-day-old with similar body condition were selected and divided into three treatment groups, with five replicates in each treatment group and 20 seed goose in each replicate(5 gander and 15 goose). The geese in control group were fed with basal diet. The treatment group 1 added 3% dry earthworms to the basal diet instead of 2% wheat bran and 1% soybean meal(hereinafter referred to as dry earthworm additives), and the treatment group 2 added 3% dry earthworms and Chinese herbal medicines to the basal diet instead of 2% wheat bran and 1% soybean meal(hereinafter referred to as dried earthworms Chinese herbal medicine additives). The results showed that the goose egg production rate, egg weight, shell strength and yolk color of seed goose in treatment group 1 and group 2 were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), and the effect of dried earthworm herb additive in group 2 was more outstanding.
