日粮蛋白水平对辽西驴生长性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同蛋白质水平日粮对辽西驴生长性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响。选取30匹体况良好的12月龄、平均体重为(188.21±11.79) kg的辽西驴,随机分为5组,每组6匹,分别饲喂蛋白质水平分别为10.71%(试验Ⅰ组)、12.14%(试验Ⅱ组)、13.57%(试验Ⅲ组)、15.00%(试验Ⅳ组)、16.42%(试验Ⅴ组)的全价混合饲料。预试期10 d,正式试验期140 d。结果显示,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组辽西驴的平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组辽西驴的胴体重和净肉重显著高于试验Ⅳ组和试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。试验表明,日粮中蛋白质水平为10.71%和12.14%可满足辽西驴营养需要,且不影响辽西驴的屠宰性能及器官指数。日粮中10.71%的蛋白质水平在平均日增重和料重比方面表现最优。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of rations with different protein levels on growth performance and development, slaughter performance and organ indexes of Liaoxi donkeys. 30 donkey and weighted(188.21±11.79) kg in good condition were selected and randomly divided into five groups with six donkeys in each group, and fed five rations which had protein level of 10.71%(group Ⅰ), 12.14%(group Ⅱ), 13.57%(group Ⅲ), 15.00%(group Ⅳ), 16.42%(group Ⅴ) respectively. The pre-feeding period was 10 d, and the formol trial was 140 d. The results showed that the mean daily gain of of Liaoxi donkey in trial groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of groupⅤ(P<0.05). Carcass gain and net meat gain of of Liaoxi donkey in group Ⅱ were higher than those of group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ(P>0.05). The experiment indicates that when the protein level were 10.71% and 12.14%, the nutritional requirements can be satisfied without affecting the slaughter performance and organ index of Liaoxi donkey. The protein level of 10.71% of the diet showed the best performance in mean daily gain and feed-to-gain ratio.
