摘　　要：辣木属于多年生落叶乔木植物,是印度传统草药。辣木叶营养丰富,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等功能,被广泛用于医药、保健等。文章系统综述辣木叶营养成分、活性物质的化学组成成分、功能特性,为我国辣木叶的深入研究与开发提供参考和指导。Moringa oleifera Lam.is a perennial deciduous tree plant,a traditional Indian herbal medicine.Moringa leaves are rich in nutrients and have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antiviral functions,and moringa leaves are widely used in medicine and health care.In the paper,the nutrient content,chemical constituents,and functional properties,application and development of active substances in M.oleifera leaves were systematically described.It aims to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of Moringa oleifera leaves.
