摘 要:核电作为清洁高效低碳能源对优化我国能源结构、保障能源安全具有重要意义。目前,我国现有核电站全部依海而建。“十四五”规划期间,我国核电发展趋势仍将以沿海布局为主。在新的国土空间规划和海岸带综合保护与利用规划编制背景下,论文对进一步优化我国核电空间规划布局进行了初步研究,按照防范风险、保障生态安全和资源节约集约利用的原则,提出了优化沿海核电布局、严控环渤海新增核电项目、提高现有核电站产能和加强风险防范等建议。As a clean, efficient and low-carbon energy source, nuclear power plays an important role in optimizing China’s energy structure and ensuring energy security. At present, China’s existing nuclear power plants are all built along the sea. During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, the trend of China’s nuclear power will continue to be coastal layout. Under the background of new territorial spatial planning and comprehensive protection and utilization planning for coastal zone, this paper conducts a preliminary research on further optimizing the layout of spatial planning of nuclear power in China. In accordance with the principle of risk prevention, ecological safety protection and resources economically and intensively utilization, suggestions are put forward to optimize the layout of nuclear power in coastal zone, strictly control new nuclear power projects in Bohai rim region, increase the capacity of existing nuclear power plants and strengthen risk prevention.
