摘  要:目的探讨青年男性力量型运动员左室压力-应变环(LV-PSL)与纵向峰值应变离散度(PSD)的相关性。方法收集运动员及对照组各30例,测量两组左室整体纵向应变力(GLS)、PSD及左室整体心肌做功指数(GWI)、有用功(GCW)、无用功(GWW)、做功效率(GWE)等,分析各参数之间的相关性及定量关系。结果 PSD分别与GWW、GWE具有相关性,并得到PSD(X)与GWW(Y1)、GWE(Y2)的简单回归方程分别为:Y1=-22.609+2.458X,Y2=100.673-0.124X,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PSD与GWW、GWE相关性良好且存在定量关系,可作为初步评价青年男性力量型运动员左室收缩功能变化的参考指标。Objective To explore the correlation between left ventricular pressure-strain loop(LV-PSL)and longitudinal peak strain dispersion(PSD)in young male strength athletes.Methods 30 athletes and 30 controls were involved and global longitudinal strain(GLS).PSD,global myocardial work index(GWI),global constructive myocardial work(GCW).global wasted myocardial work(GWW),global myocardial work efficiency(GWE)in two groups were measured.The correlation and the simple regression equations between parameters were analyzed.Results PSD has correlations with GWW and GWE,respectively(P<0.05).The simple regression equations of PSD(X)and GWW(Y1),GWE(Y2)were Y1=-22.609+2.458X,Y2=100.673-0.124X,and all have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions PSD has good correlations with GWW and GWE.and can be used as a reference index to evaluate the changes of left ventricular systolic function.
