摘 要:目的利用Thy-box切面评估正常中晚孕胎儿胸腺,并建立孕16~39周正常胎儿胸腺面积的参考值范围。方法选择364例正常单胎中晚孕胎儿,在Thy-box切面上测量胸腺面积,并以孕龄作为自变量,胸腺面积作为因变量建立均数及标准差的回归方程,并计算Z值及每一孕周胸腺面积的百分位数。结果利用分数多项式回归,预测胸腺面积均数的回归方程:TA=0.037×GW^3-0.007×ln(GW)*GW^3-36.737(R2=0.928,P<0.001),预测标准差的回归方程:SD=3.103×GW-45.014 (R2=0.254,P<0.001),Z值符合正态分布(P>0.05),建立16~39周胎儿胸腺面积的第2.5、第5、第10、第50、第90、第95、第97.5百分位数参考值。结论利用Thy-box切面测量胎儿胸腺面积,能够简便准确地评估胎儿胸腺发育情况。Objective To quantitatively study fetuses thymus in the normal second and third trimester fetuses using the Thy-Box view, and construct reference ranges of the normal fetuses thymus area(TA) between 16 and 39 weeks of gestational age(GA). Methods A cross-sectional observational study was conducted in 364 low-risk singleton pregnancies at the GAs between 16 and 39 weeks, TA were measured at Thy-Box view. GA as independent variables and TA as dependent variables were used to generate the best-fit regression equation, the Z-scores and reference ranges of TA were calculated. Results The regression equation for TA as a function of gestational weeks(GW) was as follows: TA=0.037×GW^3-0.007*ln(GW)×GW^3-36.737(R2=0.928,P<0.001), and the regression equation for standard deviations of TA: SD=3.103×GW-45.014(R2=0.254,P<0.001). The Z-scores were normal distribution, and predictive values for 2.5 th, 5 th, 10 th, 50 th, 90 th, 95 th and 97.5 th percentile ranges of fetal thymus areas had been constructed. Conclusions TA measured in Thy-Box view could be simply and accurately measured to evaluate fetus thymus.
