摘  要:目的探讨超声诊断婴儿纤维性错构瘤(FHI)的新思路。方法回顾性分析20例经病理确诊的婴儿纤维性错构瘤患儿的超声声像图表现及临床、病理特征。结果20例患儿中年龄≤2岁者17例(85%);男13例(65%)。病变超声表现为:①累及皮肤层者16例(80%),累及筋膜层者11例(55%);②12例(60%)病灶内呈欠均质中等偏强回声,8例(40%)为不均质中等偏强回声混杂低回声或极低回声;③包块内部血流信号Alder分级:14例(70%)的病变为Ⅰ级血供,4例(20%)为Ⅱ级血供,其中3例可见穿通血管。结论超声可以作为辅助诊断FHI的可靠工具。Objective Exploring new insight for ultrasonography diagnose of fibrous hamartoma of infancy(FHI).Methods Retrospectively reviewing characteristic features of pediatric patients who were diagnosed with pathologically confirmed FHI in our hospital.Results Twenty pediatric patients were included.For the Ultrasound examination,16 cases showed the masses could interrupt the skin layer.Most masses were homogenous and marginally hyperechoic,and 8 cases demonstrated heterogeneous hyperechogenicity with a“serpentine pattern”of intervenin-ghypoechoic portions in the hyperechoic mass.The Alder classification showed the blood flow of 14 cases were gradeⅠand 4 cases were gradeⅡ.Conclusions When FHI is suspicious,the clinical characteristics must be paid attention to firstly,then combining with the common and characteristic performances of US image for further comprehensive a-nalysis.
