摘 要:目的探讨无暴露式回血法在血液灌流(HP)治疗灌流器卸载中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法对84例于2020年1月—2020年12月在兴国县人民医院接受HP治疗的患者进行分组,各42例,对照组灌流器卸载时接受传统空气回血法,观察组接受无暴露式回血法。对2组患者的灌流器、透析器、透析管路凝血情况及热原反应发生率、灌流器卸载时间、血液直接暴露在空气中时间等进行观察。结果观察组的灌流器、透析器、透析管路凝血及热原反应发生率明显低于对照组,灌流器卸载时间与血液直接暴露在空气中时间明显短于对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论无暴露式回血法在HP治疗灌流器卸载中的应用具有良好效果,不仅能够降低灌流器、透析器、透析管路凝血及热原反应发生率,同时还能够缩短灌流器卸载时间与血液直接暴露在空气中时间。Objective To explore the application effect of non exposure blood returning method in hemoperfusion(HP)treatment of hemoperfusion device unloading.Methods 84 cases of patients who received Hp treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional air return blood method,and the observation group received the non exposure return blood method The time of exposure to air was observed.Results the incidence of coagulation and pyrogen reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the unloading time of the perfusion device and the time of the blood directly exposed to the air were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of non exposure blood return method in Hp treatment of hemoperfusion device unloading has good clinical effect,which can not only reduce the incidence of coagulation and pyrogen reaction of hemoperfusion device,dialyzer and dialysis pipeline,but also shorten the unloading time of hemoperfusion device and the time of blood directly exposed to air.
