体位干预模式对疝手术患者术后非切口疼痛的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疝手术患者实施体位干预模式对术后非切口疼痛的影响。方法选取62例疝手术治疗患者随机分成2组,给予31例对照组患者常规护理,给予31例观察组常规护理干预基础上的体位干预,比较2组干预效果。结果观察组患者腹痛、背痛、肋痛、腹胀痛与腹胀发生率分别为6.45%,3.23%,3.23%,12.90%,9.68%,对照组发生率分别为29.03%,19.35%,22.58%,45.16%,35.48%,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间明显较对照组短,满意度评分明显较对照组高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对疝手术患者实施体位干预,可显著降低术后非切口疼痛与腹胀发生率,促进术后胃肠功能恢复及提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of postural intervention on postoperative non incision pain in patients undergoing hernia surgery.Methods 62 cases of hernia surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 31 cases in the observation group were given postural intervention based on routine nursing intervention.Results the incidence rates of abdominal pain,back pain,rib pain,abdominal distension pain and abdominal distension in the observation group were 6.45%,3.23%,3.23%,12.90%and 9.68%,respectively,while those in the control group were 29.03%,19.35%,22.58%,45.16%and 35.48%,respectively.The occurrence rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction score was significantly better The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postural intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative non incision pain and abdominal distension,promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and improve patient satisfaction.
