腹部按揉联合穴位按摩治疗急重症患者便秘的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对急重症合并便秘患者采取腹部按揉联合穴位按摩治疗的效果。方法纳入2018年1月—2020年11月收治的60例急重症合并便秘患者为研究对象,采取随机分组方式,30例对照组给予常规护理,30例观察组在常规护理基础上应用腹部按揉联合穴位按摩治疗,对比2组护理效果、SAS评分、SDS评分及患者满意度等指标。结果观察组干预后每周排便次数多于对照组,观察组每次排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急重症便秘患者采用腹部按揉联合穴位按摩可显著改善症状,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the value of abdominal massage combined with acupoint massage for acute and severe patients with constipation.Methods in January 2018-November 2020 were 60 cases of acute severe combined constipation patients as the research object,by random grouping,30 cases of control group given routine nursing treatment 14 d,30 cases of observation group based on routine nursing treatment,the application of combined acupuncture point massage therapy according to knead abdomen 14 d,compared two groups of treatment effect,SAS scores and SDS scores,patient satisfaction index,etc.Results After intervention,the frequency of defecation per week in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of defecation per week in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal massage combined with acupoint massage can significantly improve the symptoms,relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients with acute and severe constipation.
