摘　　要：目的:对笑疗的概念、步骤、作用机制及其目前在国内外的应用与研究进展进行综述,并结合我国护理工作的特点提出发展笑疗的建议。方法:分别以"笑疗""laughter therapy"为主题词,检索并梳理自从建库至2020年9月CNKI的102篇文献与Web of science核心合集数据库发表的142篇文献。结果:目前国外的笑疗研究集中于老年、女性、慢性病人群,研究类型多样、系统且深入,而我国有关笑疗的应用与研究匮乏。结论:我国今后应对笑疗进行充分且深入的探索,以期对其形式、内容和方法等进行深层挖掘与创新,旨在将其广泛应用于护理领域。OBJECTIVE To summarize the concept, procedure, mechanism of action of laughter therapy and its application and research progress at home and abroad, and to put forward suggestions for the development of laughter therapy in combination with the characteristics of nursing work in China. METHODS With the main words "laughter therapy"and"laughter therapy"respectively,102 references of CNKI and 142 references of web of science core collection database have been retrieved and collated since the establishment of the database to September 2020. RESULTS At present, foreign research on laughter therapy focuses on the elderly,women and people with chronic diseases. The research types are diverse, systematic and in-depth, while the application and research of laughter therapy in China are scarce. CONCLUSION In the future, it will fully and deeply explore laughter therapy in order to explore and innovate its form, content and method, so as to apply it widely in the field of nursing.
