摘　　要：目的了解该三级甲等综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间非隔离区域医务人员职业安全防护现状。方法设计调查问卷,以问卷星形式对郑州大学第一附属医院非隔离区域医务人员进行调查。结果参与调查的医务人员共303人,其中医生61人(20.13%),护士232人(76.57%),对标准预防非常了解257人(84.82%),日常工作中非常注意咳嗽礼仪226人(74.59%),知晓并掌握医务人员防护用品穿脱流程231人(76.24%),知晓COVID-19感染防控早发现、早报告、早隔离297人(98.02%),知晓COVID-19主要传播途径为经呼吸道飞沫传播和接触传播300人(99.01%),知晓新型冠状病毒肺炎医务人员防护根据不同区域、不同诊疗操作,穿戴不同防护用品297人(98.02%)。结论该三级甲等综合医院COVID-19疫情期间非隔离区域医务人员职业安全防护知识或技能,如标准预防、COVID-19传播方式、防控知识和防护用品的正确使用等相关知识应进一步加强培训学习。Objective To understand the status of occupational safety protection of medical staffs in the non-isolated area in tertiary general hospital during the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate the medical staffs in the non-isolated area of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University by the"questionnaire star"software.Results A total of 303 medical staffs participated in the survey,including 61 doctors(20.13%)and 232 nurses(76.57%).Of these,257(84.82%)were well informed about standard prevention,226(74.59%)payed great attention to cough etiquette in their daily work,231(76.24%)knew and master the procedure of putting on and taking off personal protective equipment for medical staffs,297(98.02%)knew that early detection,early reporting and early isolation in prevention and control of COVID-19.Three hundred medical staffs(99.01%)knew that the main transmission routes of COVID-19 were through respiratory droplets and contact,and 297(98.02%)knew that wearing different personal protective equipment according to different areas,different diagnosis and treatment operations.Conclusion The occupational safety protection knowledge and skills of the medical staffs in the non-isolated area of the tertiary general hospital should be further strengthened during the outbreak of COVID-19,such as standard prevention,transmission of COVID-19,prevention and control knowledge,the correct use of personal protective equipment and other relevant knowledge,all of which should be further trained and studied.
