摘 要:通过以海螺沟冰川退缩区不同原生演替年限的冬瓜杨为研究对象,测定分析冬瓜杨凋落物及其根部的C、N、P含量和化学计量变化特征,探究海螺沟冰川退缩区的土壤养分状况。结果表明,不同演替年限的冬瓜杨C、N、P含量及其变化存在着明显差异并且呈现不同的变化趋势。其中冬瓜杨C含量的变化趋势整体上升,N含量变化不规律但总体呈上升趋势,P含量则随着演替年限上升而下降;凋落物C∶N值是7.83~75.90,根部C∶N值是29.85~264.76;凋落物C∶P值是17.30~403.53,根部C∶P值为41.40~598.01;凋落物N∶P值为2.27~6.53,根部N∶P值为1.41~3.33。综上,海螺沟冰川退缩区原生演替过程中冬瓜杨凋落物和根部化学计量学变化明显,其值总体呈增高趋势,N素是该区域植被生长的一个限制因子。Samples of litters and roots of Populus purdomii inhabited in the retreat area of Hailuogou glacier with different primary succession years were collected,the contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and their stoichiometric characteristics of the litters and roots were determined so as to explore the soil nutrient status in the retreat area of Hailuogou glacier.The results showed that the C,N and P contents varied significantly along the primary succession process and showed different variation trends.Among them,the change trend of the C content of Populus purdomii increased as a whole,the N content changed irregularly but showed an overall upward trend,and the P content decreased with the increase in the succession years.The C∶N value of the litters was 7.83-75.90,while those of the root was 29.85-264.76;the C∶P value of the litters was 17.30-403.53,while those of the root was 41.40-598.01;the N∶P value of the litters was 2.27-6.53,while those of the root was 1.41-3.33.Taken together,the stoichiometric characteristics in the litters and roots of the Populus purdomii with different primary succession years collected from the retreat area of Hailuogou glacier varied significantly and their value increased along the primary succession process,and N content is one of the key limit factors in affecting the plant growth in this area.
