摘 要:采用盆钵培养的方法,以蛭石为基质培育"津研4号"黄瓜幼苗,育苗时接种摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae),并浇灌Hoagland营养液。结果表明,随着营养液浓度的升高,该AM真菌与"津研4号"可以形成共生体,但二者的亲和力较低,28 d苗龄时菌根侵染率仅为26.5%。接种G.mosseae的黄瓜幼苗根系全磷含量显著高于对照,幼苗质量与对照间无显著差异。A pot experiment was carried out,vermiculite was used as the nursery substrate,and Jinyan No.4 cucumber seedlings inoculated with G.mosseae were irrigated by Hoagland nutrients solution at nursery stage.The results showed that G.mosseae and Jinyan No.4 formed a symbiosis with the increase of nutrient solution concentration,but the affinity between the partners was low,and the mycorrhizal infection rate was only 26.5%at 28 d seedling age.The phosphorus concentration in roots of seedlings inoculated with G.mosseae was higher than that of control,and there was no significant difference in seedlings’s qualities between the two treatments.
