摘　　要：目的探讨赋能理论联合盆底肌功能锻练对中低位直肠癌保肛术后患者肛门功能的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月间黑龙江省某三级甲等医院普通外科行直肠癌根治术的患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组36人。对照组患者采取直肠癌根治术后常规盆底肌功能锻炼,试验组患者实施赋能理论联合盆底肌功能锻炼,观察患者干预后3个月的两组患者自我效能、生活质量和肛门功能方面的差异。结果干预3个月后试验组患者的锻炼自我效能、生理健康状况、心理健康状况得分分别为(53.18±4.15)、(55.03±3.60)、(51.60±4.57)分,高于对照组(45.15±1.38)、(32.80±4.30)、(27.28±6.25)分(P<0.05);干预3个月后试验组患者的肛门状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赋能理论联合盆底肌功能锻练可提高中低位直肠癌保肛术后患者提高患者锻炼自我效能、肛门功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of empowerment theory combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise on anal function of patients with middle and low rectal cancer after anal preservation.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,36 patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine pelvic floor muscle function exercise after radical resection of rectal cancer.Patients in the experimental group were treated with empowerment theory combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise to observe the differences of self-efficacy,anal function and quality of life between the two groups 3 months after intervention.Results The scores of exercise self-efficacy,physical health status,mental health status(53.18±4.15,55.03±3.60,51.60±4.57)in the trial group after 3 months of intervention were higher than those in the control group(45.15±1.38,32.80±4.30,27.28±6.25,P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the anal status of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enabling theory combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise can improve the self-efficacy,anal function and quality of life of patients with middle and low rectal cancer after anal preservation.
