摘  要:为解决新疆南疆地区林果园鸡舍使用过程中结构不完善、冬季封闭饲养通风困难等问题,研究结合饲养情况对鸡舍围护结构、底网载荷参数及冬季最小风口进行优化。结果显示:鸡舍建设过程中外围护结构保温层材料至少为8 cm带夹层彩钢板,底网网孔尺寸为≤40 mm,增加6根加强横梁,形变量可控制在0.4 cm内,可有效避免底网凹陷发生滞蛋现象;对鸡舍有害气体进行测量与CFD(计算流体力学)仿真分析显示,在密闭鸡舍内上层气体浓度与温度变化呈正相关,舍内气体浓度较高且扩散速率较快的1.7 m高度,近壁面区域开设通风口最佳,可使鸡舍内气体低浓度且接近于均匀分布。研究为林果园养鸡的规范化设计提供了理论依据。In order to solve the imperfect structure and ventilation of closed feeding in winter in the use of forest orchard henhouse in southern area of Xinjiang, the enclosure structure, the load parameters of the bottom network and the minimum air inlet in winter were optimized combined with the feeding situation. The main reference data in the construction process of the henhouse were as follows: The color steel plate with interlayer was at least 8 cm, the bottom net should be controlled within 0.4 cm by adding 6 strengthened beams, which effectively avoided the egg stagnation in the bottom;The measurement and CFD simulation analysis of harmful gases in the henhouse showed that the upper gas concentration in the closed henhouse was positively correlated with the temperature change, at 1.7 m height with high concentration and fast diffusion rate, the opening of air vent near the wall area was the best, which could make the low concentration gas evenly distributed in the henhouse. This study provided a theoretical basis for the standardized design of henhouse for forest orchard.
