摘　　要：压缩机润滑油系统作为离心式压缩机附属系统的重要组成部分,运行前期润滑油管路的油运质量好坏直接影响压缩机的长周期运行。如何在保证油运质量的前提下减少油运合格时间是工程建设阶段的目标。文中针对裂解气压缩机组润滑油管路油运过程中出现的问题进行分析并提出解决对策,从侧面提出提高油运效率的方法,从而减少油运所需的时间。The lubricating oil system of compressor is an important part of the auxiliary system of centrifugal compressor,and the oil flushing quality of lubricating oil pipeline in the early stage of operation directly affects the long-term operation of the compressor.How to reduce the time of qualified oil flushing under the premise of ensuring oil flushing quality is the target in the early stage of project construction.This paper analyzes the problems in the oil flushing of oil pipeline of cracking gas compressor unit,puts forward some countermeasures,and presents some methods for improving the oil flushing efficiency,so as to reduce the oil flushing time.
