摘　　要：目的:创建HPLC法同时测定清火抗毒丸中龙胆苦苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷的含量。方法:色谱柱选择ODS-C 18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相选择甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速选择1 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,波长选择254 nm。结果:龙胆苦苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷分别在8.6~86μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、4.4~44μg·mL^(-1)(r=1)、5.5~55μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)范围内的线性关系良好。龙胆苦苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷的平均加样回收率依次为101.24%(RSD=1.06%),98.64%(RSD=1.04%),99.38%(RSD=0.45%)。结论:该方法不仅简单易行而且重复性好,其构建的标准有助于清火抗毒丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of gentiopicroside,geniposide and baicalin in Qinghuo Kangdu Pills.Methods The analytical column was ODS-C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),methanol-0.1%H 3PO 4 was mobile phase;gradient;the flow rate was 1 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The linear range was 8.6-86μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)for gentiopicroside,4.4~44μg·mL^(-1)(r=1)for geniposide and 5.5~55μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)for baicalin.The average recovery of gentiopicroside,geniposide and baicalin was 101.24%(RSD=1.06%),98.64%(RSD=1.04%)and 99.38%(RSD=0.45%).Conclusion The method is simple,and repeatable,which can be used to determine the contents of three key constituents in Qinghuo Kangdu Pill at the same time,and it is a good method to control the quality of Qinghuo Kangdu Pill.
