摘  要:目的:研究不同海拔生长的灯盏细辛药材中灯盏花乙素的提取收率及含量。方法:采用乙醇热回流提取方法提取灯盏花乙素,提取的灯盏花乙素用HPLC检测含量。结果:所采样品中,海拔在1000 m以下及2000 m以上生长的灯盏细辛中灯盏花乙素提取收率为5‰~8‰;药材中灯盏花乙素的含量为1.8%~3.3%;海拔在1000~2000 m之间生长的灯盏细辛中灯盏花乙素提取收率在8‰~12‰;药材中灯盏花乙素的含量为3.4%~5.3%。结论:适合于种植灯盏细辛的地理位置为海拔在100~2000 m左右的地方。Objective To study the extraction yield of Scutellarin from Erigeron breviscapus at different altitude.Methods Breviscapine was extracted by alcohol heat reflux method,and the content of Breviscapine was determined by HPLC.Results The extraction yield of Scutellarin from fleabane was 5‰~8‰The content of Scutellarin was 1.8%~3.3%in the samples below 1000m and above 2000 m above sea level The yield of Scutellarin from Erigeron breviscapus was 8‰~12‰The content of Scutellarin was 3.4%~5.3%.Conclusion Suitable for cultivation of Erigeron breviscapus geographical location in the elevation of about 1000 meters to 2000 meter.
