针刺百会、印堂治疗抑郁症的研究概况

摘　　要：抑郁症(Depression)为临床常见的精神障碍疾病,针灸治疗本病在临床和机制研究上均有良好进展。“百会”、“印堂”为治疗抑郁症的重要腧穴,目前尚无文献对其进行系统的整理分析。通过查阅分析百会、印堂治疗抑郁症的理论、临床及机制研究方面的文献发现:百会、印堂治疗抑郁症为督脉论治思想的体现,其通过调节神经递质水平、干预相关信号通路发挥抗抑郁作用,并在核心及躯体症状、原发及继发性抑郁的治疗中获效良好。Depression is a common clinical mental disorder,but the acupuncture treatment of this disease has obtained good progress in clinical and mechanism research.In fact,“Baihui(GV20)”and“Yintang(GV29)”are important acupoints for the treatment of depression,but there is no literature investigating them systematically.By consulting and analyzing the existing literature on the theory,clinical and mechanism research of Baihui and Yintang s treatment of depression,we found that:Baihui and Yintang s treatment of depression is a manifestation of Governor Channel s ideology,which exerts antidepressant effects by regulating neurotransmitter levels and by intervening in related signal pathways,and it has been effective against the treatment of core and somatic symptoms,primary and secondary depression.
