桂枝汤加减治疗小儿迁延性腹泻脾虚泻32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝汤加减治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的疗效。方法:选取儿科门诊就诊患儿64例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各32例,治疗组予以桂枝汤加减口服治疗,对照组予以思密达口服治疗,服药5 d后比较两组在临床疗效与中医证候积分。结果:在经过治疗后,对照组总有效率低于治疗组(P<0.05),对照组中医证候积分明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤加减可提高本病总治愈率,改善中医证候积分,对小儿迁延性腹泻脾虚泻有良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Guizhi Decoction on children with persistent diarrhea.Methods 64 cases of pediatric outpatients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Guizhi Decoction and the control group was treated with Smecta.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared after 5 days of medication.Results after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Decoction can improve the total cure rate of the disease,improve the TCM syndrome score,and has a good therapeutic effect on children with persistent diarrhea and spleen deficiency diarrhea.
