中西医结合治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛43例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿功能性再发性腹痛(Recurrent abdominal pain,RAP)的临床疗效。方法:将86例RAP患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组单独予双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗;观察组予醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,治疗2周后评估疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌的中西医结合治疗对儿童RAP疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on children with functional recurrent abdominal pain.Methods 86 children with rap were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria alone,the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and Xingpi Yanger granule combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria treatment.The curative effect was evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Xingpi Yanger granule combined with Bifidobacterium tetralogy on rap in children is obvious.
