电感耦合等离子体质谱联用法测定百香果汁中24种矿物质元素

摘  要:本实验应用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)一次进样同时测定百香果汁中大量元素:Na、Mg、K、Ca、Fe和微量元素:Al、V、Cr、Mn、Ni、Co、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sn、Sb、Ba、Hg、Tl、Pb、Th等共24种元素的含量.采用9mL硝酸+1mL过氧化氢的微波消解体系,定容后直接用ICP-MS测定.实验发现,运用该方法测定百香果汁中的24种矿质元素,一次进样同时分析24种元素,快速高效,灵敏度高,结果准确.该方法回收率最高为:Mg:101.84%,最低回收率为:Hg:86.67%.相对标准偏差(RSD%)≤1.42%.方法检出限均为:0.001 ng/mL.Microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used for the simultaneous determination of 24 elements in Passion Fruit juice, including Na, Mg, K, CA, Fe, Al, V, Cr, Mn, Ni, Co, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Ag, CD, Sn, Sb, Ba, Hg, Tl, Pb and Th. The sample was digested by ICP-MS with nitric acid and then determined by ICP-MS. It was found that the method was rapid, efficient, sensitive and accurate for the determination of 24 mineral elements in Passion Fruit juice. The highest recovery of this method is: Mg: 101.84%, and the lowest recovery rate was 86.67% for Hg. The detection limits were 0.001 ng/ml.
