摘  要:应用目前最先进的车载测试(PEMS)技术,选择两部老旧国Ⅲ柴油巴士,对车辆发动机进行标准的大修,在车辆的大修前后,在不同道路、不同工况的情况下,分别进行了反复的排放测验,对已得到的数据做研究分析,表明:在车辆最易排放冒黑烟的重载、爬坡的工况下,两部车大修后PM排放分别降低了26%和83%,同时,发动机的CO、HC、NOX的排放均有明显的降低,表明发动机大修对降低车辆黑烟排放有显著效果.Using the most advanced on-board test(PEMS) technology, two old country Ⅲ diesel buses were selected to carry out the standard overhaul of the vehicle engine. Before and after the overhaul of the vehicle, repeated emission tests were carried out in different roads and different working conditions, and the data obtained were analyzed. The results show that the PM emissions of the two vehicles after overhaul are reduced by 26% and 83%, respectively, under the heavy load and climbing conditions that the vehicle is most likely to emit black smoke. At the same time, the emissions of CO, HC and the engine are significantly reduced, indicating that the engine overhaul has a significant effect on reducing the black smoke emission of the vehicle.
