摘 要:红外整流罩是红外制导型战术导弹的关键部件之一,起改善导弹气动特性与保护内部光电器件不受侵蚀的双重作用。目前,随着战术导弹的超音速飞行迅速发展,由于空气摩擦导致整流罩热障问题极为突出,表现为整流罩受热应力冲击强度失效(炸裂)。因此,为了给设计提供缓解热障的力学依据,提出纯热应力冲击下,考量整流罩的耐受力,借此查看在没有机械约束的自由状态下,红外整流罩能否扛住纯热应力的冲击,为下一步约束状态的分析提供参考。通过理论建模、有限元数值计算,以硫化锌材料为例,得出自由状态硫化锌红外整流罩的热应力分析。指出在设定温度边界条件下,自由状态的硫化锌红外整流罩的热应力低于其强度极限,可以进行下一步的机械约束状态的热应力分析,不必更换材料。Infrared dome is the most crucial component of infrared guiding tactics missile,which improved the aerodynamic characteristics of missile and protected inner photoelectric device that was not be corroded.At present,with the development of supersonic speed tactics missile,because of the friction which lead to thermal barrier to be great serious,the behavior was that the strength of dome was invalided(crack)by the shocking of thermal stress.Therefore,in order to provide mechanical factor for design,the dome was shocked by the pure thermal stress,which was proposed,the one was investigated which was the resistance of the dome.Therefore,whether the resistance of the dome was not to be greater than thermal stress,which was the consultation to be for the next constrained analysis.ZnS was the analysis by theory modeling and finite numerical calculation and the results was obtained.The conclusion was that under the boundary condition the unconstrained ZnS infrared dome whose thermal stress was smaller than its strength,therefore,the thermal stress of mechanical constrained dome could be analysis.
