摘  要:世界卫生组织将贫血列为世界上最突出的营养性疾病,而大约一半的贫血病例是由于缺铁。多糖铁复合物作为一种补铁剂,在缺铁性贫血中有着广泛应用,成为国内外研究的热点之一。本文围绕多糖铁复合物的核芯,对其尺寸与形态,微晶结构和铁的性状的表征与解析的分析技术与方法等进行概述,包括透射电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射、穆斯堡尔谱、原子力显微镜、拉曼光谱、X射线吸收光谱、红外光谱、电子顺磁共振、紫外-可见光光谱等,为多糖铁制剂的新药研发与质控提供参考和借鉴。The World Health Organization ranks anemia as the most prominent nutritional disease in the world,and about half of the cases of anemia are due to iron deficiency.As an iron supplement,polysaccharide-iron complex has been widely used in iron-deficiency anemia,and has become a research hotspot.This article focuses on the core structure of polysaccharide iron complex,including size and morphology,microcrystalline structure,and iron properties.The analysis techniques and methods are summarized,including transmission electron microscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,M?ssbauer spectroscopy,atomic force microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray absorption spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,electron paramagnetic resonance,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.It could provide reference for the development and quality control of polysaccharide iron preparations.
