摘 要:磺胺甲噁唑(sulfamethoxazole,SMZ)是水产养殖中常用的抗菌药。本研究分析了增氧剂过碳酸钠和消毒剂次氯酸钠对SMZ消除规律的影响,明确了SMZ在2种药物的不同添加水平下的消除规律。结果表明:SMZ在40 mg/L过碳酸钠试验组消除效果最显著(P<0.05),过碳酸钠主要通过自身的氧化作用和提高水体pH值来消除水体中残留的SMZ。通过对相应指标均值分布及相关性分析发现,SMZ的消除变化规律与高浓度的过碳酸钠对水体pH的影响有关。在养殖生产中,可以通过添加合适浓度的过碳酸钠,以加快消除养殖水体中残留的SMZ。本研究为水产养殖环境中SMZ的残留消除提供了技术支撑。Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)is a commonly used antibiotic in aquaculture.This work explored the effect of oxygenator-sodium percarbonate and disinfectant-sodium hypochlorite on SMZ elimination in aquaculture,and clarified the elimination pattern of SMZ at different levels of these two medicines.The results indicated that the 40 mg/L sodium percarbonate had the most remarkable effect on SMZ elimination,which mainly eliminated the residual of SMZ by self-oxidation and raising the pH value of the water.Furthermore,the correlation analysis showed that the elimination of SMZ was related to the effect of oxygenator-sodium percarbonate on pH change in water.In aquaculture,oxygenator-sodium percarbonate at an appropriate concentration could be added to accelerate the elimination of SMZ residual.This work provided technical support for the residue elimination of SMZ in the aquaculture.
