摘 要:通过考查不同温度下(在10~30℃内)好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)的硝化、反硝化及耦合脱氮性能,发现氨氧化菌及硝酸细菌的活性随温度升高而增大,且当温度在15~30℃内前者活性始终大于后者;温度在10~25℃时,异养菌活性随着温度的升高不断增大,但当温度为30℃时其活性减小;随着温度的升高AGS的硝化及反硝化性能不断提升,当温度≥20℃时,氨氮氧化逐渐转化为短程硝化。AGS对总无机氮的去除率随着温度的升高由23.84%增至59.61%,反应活化能不断减小,但同步硝化反硝化率整体呈减小趋势。Nitrification, denitrification and coupling denitrification ability of aerobic granular sludge(AGS) at different temperatures(within 10 ~ 30 ℃) was investigated. It was found that the activities of ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB) and nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB) increased with the increase of temperature, and the activity of AOB was always higher than that of NOB when the temperature was 15 ~ 30 ℃. When the temperature was 10 ~ 25 ℃, the activity of heterotrophic bacteria increased with the increase of temperature, but it decreased at 30 ℃. With the increase of temperature, nitrification and denitrification abilities of AGS were continuously improved. When the temperature was higher than 20 ℃, ammonia nitrogen oxidation was gradually transformed into partial nitrification. The removal efficiency of total inorganic nitrogen increased from 23.84% to 59.61% with the increase of temperature, and the activation energy of nitrification and denitrification decreased continuously. However, the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification showed a decreasing trend.
