摘　　要：城市台除了时政新闻、民生新闻等主频道还有影视娱乐的小频道。为贴合城市台小频道实际需求,高清制作系统设计需要有小频道的一些特点。结合实际,从人性化的文稿系统、系统应急、流程监控、资源共享等方面做了个性化设计。In addition to the main channels such as current political news and people's livelihood news,city TV also has small channels for movie and TV entertainment.In order to meet the actual needs of small channels in urban platforms,the design of high definition production system needs some characteristics of small channels.In this paper,personalized design is made from the aspects of humanized manuscript system,system emergency,process monitoring.
