医院等级评审制度实施的现实困境及政策建议

摘　　要：我国医院等级评审制度是国家卫生部门根据医院发展规模、诊疗服务水平、医疗服务质量对医院进行评定等级的一项制度。该项制度是我国卫生事业管理工作的核心制度,也是现代医院不断完善自身医疗服务质量,为患者提供更好医疗卫生服务、实现精细化管理的政策保障。通过分析我国医院评审制度的实施现状,根据等级医院评审标准存续与应用过程中出现的问题,分析问题原因并提出相应的解决对策。China's grade hospital system is a system for the national health department to assess the hospital according to the scale of the hospital,the level of diagnosis and treatment,and the quality of medical services.The system has a history of more than 90 years,and is the core system of health management in China.It is also a policy guarantee for modern hospitals to continuously improve the quality of their medical services,provide better medical and health services for patients,and achieve refined management.This study analyzes the implementation status of China's hospital accreditation system,analyzes the problems in the existence and application process of grade hospital evaluation criteria,and analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes corresponding solutions.
