摘 要:绩效管理是公立医院改革的重点和难点,而目前公立医院对行政人员的绩效管理仍不规范,尚有较多亟待解决的问题。公立医院行政人员的绩效管理作为一项与“人”相关且与其切身利益密切相关的管理举措,应注重管理的方式和艺术,依据伦理学以人为本、义利统一、公平与效率相结合原则探析绩效管理中的相关问题及解决对策,藉此更好地激励行政人员投身工作,充分发挥绩效管理的实践效果,促进医院的持续健康发展。Performance management is the focus and difficult part of public hospital reform.At present,the performance management of administrative staff in public hospitals is still not standardized,and there are still many problems to be solved.As a management measure related to"people"and closely related to their vital interests,the performance management of public hospital administrators should pay attention to the way and art of management.Based on the relevant principles of ethics,this paper explores the related problems and solutions in performance management,so as to better encourage administrators to engage in their work and make full use of them.It is suggested to give full play to the practical effect of performance management and promote the sustainable and healthy deve-lopment of hospitals.
