摘　　要：通过系统收集江阴市医疗保障相关政策与效果研究文献,总结分析江阴市大病保险的主要做法及经验。利用ROCCIPI理论系统分析江阴市大病保险制度实施以来取得的成效,识别存在的问题及成因,针对性提出江阴市大病保险可持续性发展策略。In this study,we summarized and analyzed the main practice and experience of Jiangyin Serious illness insurance through collecting systematically the relevant policy and effect research literature of Jiangyin medical security.This paper uses ROCCIPI theory to systematically analyze the achievements of Jiangyin's Serious illness insu-rance system since its implementation,identifies the main problems and causes,and puts forward the sustainable development strategy of Jiangyin's serious illness insurance.
