摘 要:2010年,中国成为世界上PET饮料瓶使用量最大的国家,但中国目前缺乏正规、完整的废PET饮料瓶回收系统,导致了严重的社会与环境问题。通过直接浸渍-煅烧法制备了S2O82-/ZnO-SiO2催化剂,以回收废弃的PET为原料,通过醇解法制备DOTP,并考察了催化剂制备条件对催化性能的影响,为PET饮料瓶的回收再利用提供新的思路。结果表明,氧化物SiO2和ZnO摩尔比为1:2,浸渍液浓度为1.0mol/L,催化剂煅烧时间3.0h、温度为450℃所得催化剂性能最佳。该催化剂用量0.5g,PET用量为5.8g,回收PET与2-EH配比为1:4,合成温度控制在200~210℃,反应时间2.0 h,DOTP收率可达91.18%以上。In 2010,China became the country with the largest consumption of PET beverage bottles in the world.However,China currently lacks a formal and complete waste PET beverage bottle recycling system,which has caused serious social and environmental problems.In this study,the S2O82-/ZnO-SiO2 catalyst was prepared by the direct impregnation-calcination method,the DOTP was prepared by alcoholysis with the recycled PET being the raw material,and the influence of the catalyst preparation conditions on the catalytic performance was studied,providing new ideas of recycling and reuse of PET beverage bottles.The results showed that the catalyst had the best performance when the molar ratio of ZnO to SiO2 was 1:2,the concentration of the impregnating solution was 1.0 mol/L,the catalyst calcination time was 3.0 h,and the temperature was 450℃.The usage of the catalyst was 0.5 g,the usage of PET was 5.8 g,the ratio of recycled PET to 2-EH was 1:4,the synthesis temperature was controlled at 200-210℃,the reaction time was 2.0 h,and the DOTP yield can reach 91.18%or more.
