摘　　要：渔业产业化是传统渔业经营向现代渔业转型的重要路径。基于现有中国渔业发展模式,剖析其产业化发展增效机制,比较分析世界渔业发展经验,探讨促进我国渔业产业可持续发展的机制框架。研究表明:中国渔业产业化发展呈现组织化、多样化、园区化和生态化的特征,形成了以"渔户+合作社+企业""四位一体""产业化联合体""渔业产业园区"等多种形式的发展模式;紧密契约联结、要素流动共享和纵向一体化经营成为渔业产业化发展的主要内涵特征,并进一步创造了分工经济、规模经济、范围经济和聚合经济效应等增效机制。渔业产业可持续发展要着力打造政策、动力和路径"内外联动、三位一体"发展机制,以建设园区经济和产业联盟为依托,从技术、资金、人才和生态角度增强其产业化发展动力,坚持融合化、区域化、特色化和带动化的发展路径。The fishery industrialization is an important way to transform from traditional fishery management to modern fishery. Based on the current situation of China’s fishery industrialization management and the theory of industrial organization,this paper clarified and expounded the synergistic mechanisms of China’s fishery industrialization,and subsequently compared and analyzed the characteristic experience of developed countries in the global fishery industry,as well as discussing the framework of mechanism for promoting the sustainable development of China’s fishery industry. The findings indicated that the overall development of China’s fishery industrialization shows the development characteristics of organization,diversification,parkization and ecologicalization,forming a variety of development patterns such as"Fisher Households + Cooperatives + Enterprise","Quaternity Mode","Industrialization Consortium"and"Modern Fishery Industrial Park". Moreover,it was also found that close contractual connection,sharing of factor flow and vertical integrated management have become the main connotation characteristics of the development of fishery industrialization,in turn creating synergistic mechanisms of division of labor,economies of scale,economies of scope,and economic effects of aggregation. The fishery industry sustainable development of China should focus on creating the"internal and external linkage,Trinity"development mechanism of policy,power and path,rely on the construction of park economy and industrial alliance,enhance its industrialization development power from the perspective of technology,capital,talent and ecology,and adhere to the development path of integration,regionalization,characteristics as well as driving the peasants.
