摘　　要：本文结合一棒加热炉实际工况和外排环保指标标准要求,根据不同工况,采取不同控制措施,保证了一棒加热炉外排二氧化硫、颗粒物和氮化物等外排环保指标达标排放.Combined with the actual working conditions of the reheating furnace in No.1 rebar rolling line and the standard requirements of environmental protection indexes of flue gas exhaust,different control measures are taken according to different working conditions so that the environmental protection indexes such as contents of sulfur dioxide,particulate matter and nitride in the flue gas reach the standard.
