聚醚蜗轮蜗杆油的研制

摘　　要：电梯曳引系统大多使用的是蜗轮蜗杆齿轮。为拓展市场,完善齿轮油产品链,研制了一款电梯曳引系统减速齿轮箱用的聚醚蜗轮蜗杆油。参照进口聚醚蜗轮蜗杆油的性能,确定了拟研制的聚醚蜗轮蜗杆油技术指标。聚醚蜗轮蜗杆油的配方由环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷聚合得到的水溶性共聚醚为基础油,并添加1.0%的复合抗氧剂(0.5%受阻酚+0.5%烷基二苯胺),0.3%的硫氮杂环化合物防锈抗腐蚀剂和0.6%的磷型抗磨极压剂组成。其40℃运动黏度为325.2 mm^(2)/s,黏度指数241,倾点-41℃,闪点(开口)250℃,T_(2)铜腐蚀(100℃,3 h)1b,氧化试验(150℃,50 h,50 mL/min,空气)后40℃运动黏度变化2.05%,烧结负荷1962 N,磨斑直径(196 N,60 min,55℃,1800 r/min)0.30 mm,且摩擦学性能略优于进口油。研制的聚醚蜗轮蜗杆油的性能达到了确定的技术指标,与进口油相当,完善了齿轮油的产品链。(图1表6参考文献3)Worm gear was used in most of the elevator traction system.In order to expand the market and improve the gear lubricants product chain,a polyether worm gear lubricant for the reduction gearbox of elevator traction system was developed.Referring to the performances of imported polyether worm gear lubricant,the technical indexes of the developed polyether worm gear lubricant were determined.The ingredients of polyether worm lubricant was based on the water-soluble copolyether obtained by polymerization of epoxy ethane/epoxy propane,and 1.0%complex antioxidant(0.5%hindered phenol+0.5%alkyldiphenylamine),0.3%sulfur/nitrogen heterocyclic compound rust and corrosion inhibitor and 0.6%phosphorus anti-wear extreme pressure additive were added.The kinematic viscosity at 40℃was 325.2 mm^(2)/s,viscosity index was 241,pour point was-41℃,flash point(open)was 250℃,T_(2) copper corrosion(100℃,3 h)1b.After oxidation test(150℃,50 h,50 mL/min,air),the change of kinematic viscosity at 40℃was 2.05%,the weld load was 1962 N,the wear scare diameter(196 N,60 min,55℃,1800 r/min)was 0.30 mm,and the tribological performance was slightly better than that of imported lubricant.The performances of the developed polyether worm gear lubricant had reached the determined technical indexes,which was equivalent to that of imported lubricant,and the product chain of gear lubricants had been improved.(Chart1 Tables6 References3)
