摘  要:对国产中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油的性能进行了评价,并与国外中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油的性能进行对比,以期为其应用提供技术支撑。通过对国产中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油的理化性能,热/氧化安定性,轴承腐蚀试验,橡胶相容性和摩擦学性能的评价,发现在相同试验条件下,国产中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油的理化性能,轴承腐蚀性能和摩擦学性能与国外中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油相当,热/氧化安定性和与橡胶(丁腈橡胶和氟橡胶)相容性较国外中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油略优。国产中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油的性能与国外中等黏度抗腐蚀型合成航空发动机油相当,可以用于高温潮湿环境下飞机发动机的润滑和防护。(图2表7参考文献4)The performances of domestic medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil were evaluated.In order to provide technical support for its application,the performances of the aeroengine oil were compared with that of foreign medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil.The physicochemical properties,thermal/oxidation stability,bearing corrosion test,rubber compatibility and tribological performance of domestic medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil were evaluated.It was found that under the same test conditions,the physicochemical properties,bearing corrosion resistance and tribological performances of domestic medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil were equivalent to those of foreign domestic medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil,and the thermal/oxidation stability and rubber compatibility(nitrile rubber and fluororubber)were slightly better than those of foreign medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil.The performances of domestic medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil were equivalent to that of foreign medium-viscosity anti-corrosion synthetic aeroengine oil,which could be used for lubrication and protection of aircraft engine in high temperature and humid environment.(Charts2 Tables7 References4)
