摘  要:橡胶作为水管和密封件被广泛应用于汽车发动机的冷却系统中并长期处于高温环境下,其一旦老化失效就可能引起冷却液泄漏,或与冷却液作用生成沉淀堵塞管道造成传热效率下降,极端情况可导致发动机发生故障,因此要求橡胶与冷却液必须具有良好的相容性。有机酸型水-乙二醇基发动机冷却液以其长寿命、环保及稳定性好等优势成为了汽车发动机冷却液的主流。采用高温浸泡的方法对6种有机酸型水-乙二醇基发动机冷却液与氟橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、硅橡胶和氢化丁腈橡胶的相容性进行了考察。氟橡胶和氢化丁腈胶与有机酸型水-乙二醇基发动机冷却液具有良好的相容性。而三元乙丙胶和硅橡胶与有机酸型水-乙二醇基发动机冷却液的相容性依橡胶和冷却液的不同而不同。因此使用有机酸型水-乙二醇基发动机冷却液时,推荐优先使用氟橡胶和/或氢化丁腈胶。(图1表5参考文献5)As water pipe and seals,rubbers were widely used in the cooling system of automobile engine and had been in elevated temperature environment for a long time.Once it was aged and failed,it might cause leakage of coolant,or generated precipitation with the coolant to block the pipe,resulted in the decrease of heat transfer efficiency.In extreme cases,it might cause failure of engine.Therefore,the rubbers and coolants must have good compatibility.Organic acid water-glycol based engine coolants had become the mainstream of automobile engine coolants because of its long life,environmental protection and good stability.The compatibility of 6 kinds of organic acid water-glycol based engine coolants with fluororubber,ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM),silicone rubber and hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)was investigated by high temperature immersion.Fluororubber and HNBR had good compatibility with organic acid water-glycol based engine coolants.The compatibility of EPDM and silicone rubber with organic acid water-glycol based engine coolants varied with rubber and coolant.Therefore,when using organic acid water-glycol based engine coolant,it was recommended preferentially to use fluororubber and/or hydrogenated nitrile rubber(.Chart1 Tables5 References5)
