摘  要:润滑脂氧化后酸值增加,腐蚀严重及破坏胶体结构,导致润滑脂性能下降。氧化安定性是润滑脂重要的质量指标,也是影响润滑脂使用寿命的主要因素。就稠化剂,基础油和抗氧剂对润滑脂氧化安定性的影响进行了综述。有机或无机稠化剂比金属皂基稠化剂有更好的氧化安定性。润滑脂的氧化安定性与基础油的氧化安定性具有一致性,未精制或过度精制的矿物油制备的润滑脂的氧化安定性较差。抗氧剂可以延长润滑脂的氧化诱导期(OIT),提高起始氧化温度(IOT),改善润滑脂的氧化安定性。同时也对润滑脂氧化安定性的评价方法和提高润滑脂氧化安定性的措施进行了介绍。(图0表0参考文献20)After the oxidation of grease the acid value increased,the corrosion was serious and the colloidal structure was destroyed,which led the performance degradation of the grease.Oxidation stability was not only an important quality index of grease,but also a main factor affecting the service life of grease.The effects of thickeners,base Stocks and antioxidants on the oxidation stability of grease were summarized.Organic or inorganic thickeners had better oxidation stability than metal soap based thickeners.The oxidation stability of grease was consistent with that of base Stocks.The oxidation stability of grease prepared from unrefined or over refined mineral oil was poor.Antioxidants could prolong the oxidation induction period(OIT),increase the initial oxidation temperature(IOT)and improve the oxidation stability of grease.At the same time,the evaluation method of oxidation stability of grease and the measures to improve the oxidation stability of grease were also introduced(.Charts0 Tables0 References20)
