摘 要:近些年来同轴终端开路探针广泛的应用在固体、液体、生物组织等材料的电磁特性研究当中。而对于不同材料,测试探针强度的要求有所不同,因此就有了是否要将探针终端加上法兰增强其强度的需求,另外对于液体样品,生物组织的测试,通常会有不同插入深度的要求。文章基于同轴终端开路探针的辐射模型,以及HFSS仿真,分析出探针终端加不加法兰以及探针插入深度,对测试精度几乎没有影响。实验上,分别进行了有无法兰的同轴开路探针以及对同一液体不同插入深度的测试。在1-18GHz频段内,数据表明,基于辐射模型的终端开路探针在有无法兰的情况下对于样品复介电常数测试的数据偏差在10%以内,对于不同测试深度的数据几乎完全一致。In recent years,open ended coaxial probe has been widely used in the electromagnetic properties of solid,liquid,biological tissue and other materials.For different materials,the requirements for testing the strength of probes are different.Therefore,it is necessary to add a flange at the end of the probe to enhance its strength.In addition,for liquid samples and biological tissue testing,there are usually different requirements for insertion depth.Based on the radiation model of coaxial open circuit probe and HFSS simulation,this paper analyzes whether the probe terminal with flange or not and the probe insertion depth have little influence on the test accuracy.In the experiment,the coaxial open-circuit probe with or without flange and different insertion depth of the same liquid were tested.In the frequency range of 1-18 GHz,the data show that the deviation of the measurement data of the complex permittivity of the sample with or without flange is less than 10%,and the data of different test depths are almost identical.
