摘　　要：在新时代背景下,图书馆危机日渐影响图书馆的健康发展,更制约着我国公共文化及精神文明建设的进程。危机管理是图书馆为有效应对危机而形成的管理机制和体系,它能够有效地帮助图书馆员提升工作质量和效率,为读者提供更稳定、更高效的服务。本文试图从概念及基本内容入手构建图书馆危机管理理念,并探析其应用策略。Under the background of the new era,the library crisis has gradually affected the healthy development of the library and restricted the process of constructing public culture and spiritual civilization in our country.Crisis management is a management mechanism and system formed by the library to effectively deal with the crisis,which can effectively help the librarians to improve the quality and efficiency of work,and provide more stable and efficient services for readers.This paper attempts to construct the library crisis management philosophy from the concept and basic content,and probes into its application strategies.
