摘　　要：大数据时代,联合参考咨询平台已经成为公共图书馆参考咨询服务的重要载体。本文对全国35家省级公共图书馆联合参考咨询平台建设情况进行调研分析,并结合陕西省公共图书馆服务联盟联合参考咨询平台建设实践,提出该平台未来的发展构想,以期为公共图书馆联合参考咨询服务的优化和提升提供借鉴和参考。In the era of big data,the collaborative reference platform has become an important carrier of public library reference services.This paper investigates and analyzes the collaborative reference platform construction of 35 provincial public libraries in China,and puts forward the future development perspective of the platform combined with the collaborative reference platform construction practice of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia,so as to provide reference for the optimization and improvement of public library reference consulting services.
