摘　　要：组学包括基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学等,是研究生物基因的表达和功能、生物的代谢产物及遗传现象的一门广泛的学科,目前对组学的分析已成为研究医学、动植物等各个领域中常用的技术手段,本综述分别阐述基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组和微生物组等9种组学的研究进展,并对每个组学的研究方法和应用进行概述。Omics includes genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics,etc.It is a broad subject that studies the expression and function of biological genes,biological metabolites and genetic phenomena.At present,the analysis about omics has become a research medicine,dynamics The technical means commonly used in various fields such as medical science,animals and plants.This article reviews the research progress of nine omics such as genomics,transcriptomes,proteomes,metabolomes and microbiomes,etc,as well as the application and research methods of every omics.
