摘 要:目的了解胃肠道肿瘤患者在围术期时应用一病一品,充分了解管理缺陷及就医体验改善情况。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月收治的胃肠道肿瘤患者102例,根据护理方式不同将其分为2组。对照组应用常规围手术期护理,研究组应用一病一品护理。比较2组健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分、健康教育、护理计划落实、护士主动告知满意度、就医体验、管理缺陷改善效果、护理质量评分和护理安全事件发生率。结果研究组患者躯体疼痛、总体健康、日常活动、生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能、生理职能均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组健康教育、护理计划落实、护士主动告知满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理责任、护理安全、护理操作、护理态度、护理环境均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组管理缺陷发生率2.0%(1/51)低于对照组5.9%(3/51);研究组结果指标、过程指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),感染、脱管、压疮总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期中,一病一品不仅可以有效改善管理缺陷,同时还可以提高患者的就医体验以及护理质量评分,减少护理安全事件的发生,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the improvement effects of“one disease,one product”on perioperative medical experience and management defects in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 102 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The patients in control group were treated by routine perioperative care,however,the patients in research group were treated by“one disease,one product”care.The health status questionnaire(SF-36)scores,health education,nursing plan implementation,nurse’s active notification satisfaction degree,medical experience,management defect improvement effects,nursing quality scores and the incidence of nursing safety events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The physical pain,general health,daily activities,physiological function,social function,mental health,emotional function,and physiological function in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the health education,implementation of nursing plans,and nurse’s initiative informing satisfaction degree in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,the nursing responsibility,nursing safety,nursing operation,nursing attitude,and nursing environment in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of management defect rate in research group was 2.0%(1/51),which was significantly lower than that[5.9%(3/51)]in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the result indexes and process indexes indicators in research group were significantly higher than those in control group,but the total incidence rate of infection,detubation and pressure sore in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with gastrointestinal tumors at perioperative period,the“one disease,one product”can not only ef
