摘 要:为了探索反序教学法、支架式教学法和闪动教学法三种教学法对羽毛球教学中高远球教学效果的影响,在合肥学院羽毛球协会中,随机抽取60名大一新生作为实验对象,分为A、B、C 3组,每组20人,A组使用反序教学,B组进行支架式教学、C组采取闪动教学,每周训练2次,每次1.5 h,时间持续3周。通过对比,在正手击高远球固定落点区域方面,闪动教学表现出优势;在技评得分方面,A组和B组,没有显著差异,C组和A、B两组之间存在显著差异。可见三种教学法均能有效提高高远球教学质量,迅速掌握高远球技术动作,其中闪动教学法略优于其他两种教学法。The paper is to explore the influence of three teaching methods,reverse order teaching method,scaffolding teaching method and flash teaching method on the teaching effect of high ball in badminton teaching.In the badminton association of Hefei university,60 freshmen were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into three groups:A,B and C,with 20 students in each group.Group A used reverse order teaching,group B adopted scaffolding teaching,and group C adopted flash teaching.The training was conducted twice a week for 1.5 hours each time for 3 weeks.Results showed:in the forehand hit high ball fixed landing point area,flashing teaching showed an advantage;In terms of technical evaluation scores,there was no significant difference between group A and group B,while there was significant difference between group C and group A and B.It can be concluded that the three teaching methods can effectively improve the teaching quality of the high ball,grasp the high ball technology movement quickly,among which the flashing method is slightly better than the other two teaching methods.
