消渴丸治疗气阴两虚糖尿病患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究消渴丸治疗气阴两虚糖尿病的临床疗效。方法55例气阴两虚糖尿病患者均为该院2019年5月-2020年5月所收治,以随机数字表法将其分为研究1组(消渴丸治疗,n=28)与研究2组(常规治疗,n=27),探讨实施不同治疗对治疗效果的影响。结果干预前,研究对象空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究1组空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于研究2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前研究对象胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、β细胞功能稳态模型评估(HOMA-β)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)以及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究1组HOMA-IR以及FINS水平低于研究2组,HOMA-β以及ISI水平高于研究2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在总有效率上,研究1组为96.43%,研究2组为74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前研究对象的生活质量(QOL)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究1组评分高于研究2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气阴两虚糖尿病患者采取消渴丸治疗后,可降低其血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗情况,增强治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoke Pills in treating diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods 55 diabetic patients with deficiency of both QI and YIN were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020.They were divided into study group 1(Xiaoke pill treatment,n=28)and study group 2(conventional treatment,n=27),to explore the impact of different treatments on the treatment effect.Results There was no significant difference between the fasting blood glucose and the two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the subjects before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose and the two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the study group 1 were lower than those of the study group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),β-cell functional homeostasis model assessment(HOMA-β),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)before intervention(P>0.05),the levels of HOMA-IR and FINS in the study group 1 were lower than those in the study group 2,and the levels of HOMA-βand ISI were higher than those in the study group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.43%in the study group 1 and 74.07%in the study group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the quality of life(QOL)scores of the subjects before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the study group 1 were higher than those of the study group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of diabetes patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,Xiaoke pills can reduce their blood glucose levels,improve insulin resistance,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
