血常规检验对糖尿病肾病早期的鉴别诊断意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血常规检验应用于糖尿病肾病患者早期鉴别诊断的意义。方法以随机抽样法选取该院2018年9月-2019年8月经体检确诊为糖尿病肾病患者980例为观察组,并选取同期体检的健康人群980名为对照组,分别采用血常规检验,对比血常规指标差异。结果观察组WBC为(6.56±2.21)×10^(9)/L、RBC为(3.96±0.78)×10^(12)/L、Hb为(90.01±24.58)g/L、PLT为(201.20±20.80)×10^(9)/L、HCT为(35.40±1.05)%、MCHC为(307.80±12.90)g/L,对照组为(6.30±2.00)×10^(9)/L、(4.28±0.59)×10^(12)/L、(131.62±12.20)g/L、(233.31±20.40)×10^(9)/L、(40.47±1.04)%、(341.92±14.75)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=2.731、10.243、47.469、34.503、107.395、54.509,P<0.01)。结论血常规检查可以反映血细胞具体变化情况,为糖尿病肾病早期鉴别诊断提供可靠依据,保证诊断准确率。Objective To explore the significance of routine blood test in the early differential diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 980 patients with diabetic nephropathy confirmed by menstrual physical examination in the hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 as the observation group,and 980 healthy people who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Routine blood tests were used to compare blood differences in conventional indicators.Results In the observation group,WBC was(6.56±2.21)×10^(9)/L,RBC was(3.96±0.78)×10^(12)/L,Hb was(90.01±24.58)g/L,PLT was(201.20±20.80)×10^(9)/L,HCT was(35.40±1.05)%,MCHC was(307.80±12.90)g/L,the control group were(6.30±2.00)×10^(9)/L,(4.28±0.59)×10^(12)/L,(131.62±12.20)g/L,(233.31±20.40)×10^(9)/L,(40.47±1.04)%,(91.50±4.13)fl,(341.92±14.75)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.731,10.243,47.469,34.503,107.395,54.509,P<0.01).Conclusion Routine blood examination can reflect the specific changes of blood cells,provide a reliable basis for the early differential diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,and ensure the accuracy of the diagnosis.
