糖尿病肾病早期生化检验的诊断价值与意义

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病肾病(DN)诊断中早期生化检验的应用价值。方法选择36例该院2020年1-11月收治的早期DN患者为研究组,另选取同期该院健康体检者36名纳入对照组,两组均接受生化检验,比较其检验结果。结果研究组患者中hs-CRP阳性24例(66.67%),FPG阳性30例(83.33%),MAU阳性21例(58.33%),Hcy阳性25例(69.44%),Cre阳性19例(52.78%),BUA阳性22例(61.11%),BUN阳性20例(55.56%),GHb阳性31例(86.11%)。研究组患者的FPG、hs-CRP、Cre、BUN、BUA、MAU、GHb及Hcy水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.152、9.966、17.538、19.325、30.404、14.064、7.694、18.010,P<0.05)。结论多项生化检验指标对DN早期病情诊断均具有较高应用价值,能够较好地反映患者的肾脏组织病变情况,从而为临床早期诊疗提供重要参考依据,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application value of early biochemical tests in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 36 patients with early DN admitted to the hospital from January to November 2020 were selected as the study group,and 36 patients with healthy physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected into the control group.Both groups received biochemical tests to compare their test results.Results In the study group,24 cases were hs-CRP positive(66.67%),30 cases were FPG positive(83.33%),21 cases were MAU positive(58.33%),25 cases were Hcy positive(69.44%),and 19 cases were Cre positive(52.78%),BUA positive 22 cases(61.11%),BUN positive 20 cases(55.56%),GHb positive 31 cases(86.11%).The levels of FPG,hs-CRP,Cre,BUN,BUA,MAU,GHb,and Hcy in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.152,9.966,17.538,19.325,30.404,14.064,7.694,18.010,P<0.05).Conclusion A number of biochemical test indicators have high application value for the early diagnosis of DN,which can better reflect the patient's renal tissue lesions,so as to provide an important reference basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has promotion value.
